our Story
Coomberry was born out of the joy felt when handmade toys or gifts were given to friends and family on special occasions. The idea of creating a business out of this passion only really came about after the simple statement (at a baby shower) of
"do you take orders?" and so little BunBun was the catalyst for the Coomberry shop springing to life!

Our founder has, since that day, hung up her long standing (slightly tattered) Corporate Clothing Merchandise Planner hat for a life filled with creation and joy ! ​
FUN FACT: The name Coomberry comes from our founder's maiden name Coombs (see what we did there ... hehe).

After working years in the corporate retail industry we at Coomberry are fully aware of the impact that the materials industry has on the planet - in our small way we try to reduce waste by giving each & every Coomberry a
"heart" made of its own offcuts, meaning that there is virtually 0 waste created by one of our Coomberries so you can shop easy !
