Place the "Custom Order" product into your cart

Decide on your delivery method

Make payment for delivery method up front

We will then contact you to prompt us with your idea

If you have any special notes please feel free to add them to the order up front - especially if it is a rush order
Once any of the above methods have been completed the process is as follows:
- We will then evaluate the idea's possibility and availability of materials and come up with a quote and basic design for you. Here we can chat and tweak any necessary items
- Once you are happy with the quote & design a 50% deposit is payable before materials are bought /or cut
- We will have touch points throughout the process to ensure you are happy with the product
- Sometimes things need to change a little throughout the process e.g. to ensure balance in the mobile, these changes will be communicated and agreed on as we go
- Once your custom order is complete, final payment will be due and your custom Coomberry will be ready to be shipped to you or picked up !!
